US Director of Sales

Our client is seeking a Director of Sales, comfortable working in a fluid, fast growing company and with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally with cosmetics, beauty products or other CPG. Someone who demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.



Primary Responsibilities


▪ The position will report directly to the Managing Director ensuring that sales programs meet strategic objectives and deliver against financial targets 
▪ Plays a key leadership role in driving growth of the company 
▪ Develops and executes sales plan consistent with company objectives 
▪ Grows and manage broker/sales representative network to maximize sales reach 
 ▪ Provides feedback for product performance and competitive analysis based on customer feedback  
▪ Motivated by analytics in decision-making and presentations  
▪ Maintains excellent relationships with the sales team by providing support, information and guidance. Creates a sales process to motivate and support team  
▪ Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored  
▪ Effectively interacts with other departments  
▪ Motivated by sales numbers and the desire to achieve results for the benefit of the team, the brand and the company

Desired Skills and Experience 


▪ Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in cosmetics or CPG industries  
▪ Position is based in our Doral offices, with availability to travel on a regular (monthly) basis  
▪ Leadership: Problem solving mentality, sales process development.  
▪ Innovation: Finds creative ways to align with brand objectives; continuously searches for improvements in how we do business
