We seek a detail-oriented and driven Account Executive to support client relationships and campaign execution for our Brooklyn-based agency. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of agency experience, a passion for advertising, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional organization. You’ll collaborate with account leads, creative teams, and strategists to ensure seamless campaign delivery for clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables
Assist in developing briefs, presentations, and status reports with a keen eye for detail
Track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to move projects forward
Contribute to campaign performance analysis and reporting
Growth & Development
Stay informed on industry trends and client business objectives
Participate in strategy sessions and creative brainstorms
Support senior team members in new business initiatives
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
Experience with CRM systems or collaboration software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Basic knowledge of creative production processes
