For this particular role, our client, an award-winning Brooklyn-based agency, is seeking an account director to foster and lead brand building campaigns and deliver on clients’ goals, objectives and overall strategic direction. This individual will be an organized and accountable account leader, who is able to build relationships, collaborate and draw on the expertise of agency capabilities.

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Director to lead high-profile client relationships and integrated campaigns for an award-winning Brooklyn-based agency. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and business driver—someone who can architect bold marketing strategies while building trust with stakeholders. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, identify growth opportunities, and deliver work that moves the needle for brands across tech, CPG, entertainment, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Leadership
Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership growth.

Uncover organic growth opportunities (e.g., expanding project scopes, identifying upsell potential).

Lead new business pitches, from RFP responses to presentation storytelling.

Campaign Excellence
Develop 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential, influencer, traditional) with measurable impact.

Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure innovative, on-brand execution.

Leverage data to optimize campaigns and prove ROI (e.g., engagement lifts, conversion rate improvements).

Team Development
Manage and mentor account teams, fostering a culture of accountability and creative problem-solving.

Bridge client needs with internal capabilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Innovation & Trends
Stay ahead of industry shifts (e.g., influencer marketing, emerging platforms) to keep clients competitive.

Infuse creativity into every project, whether for legacy brands or disruptive startups.

Qualifications
7+ years in agency account management, with experience guiding complex, integrated campaigns.

Proven growth track record: Examples of expanding accounts organically or winning competitive pitches.

Vertical expertise: Tech, gaming, CPG, finance, or entertainment experience preferred.

Influencer/partnership savvy: Experience managing talent collaborations or celebrity campaigns is a plus.

Leadership presence: Ability to inspire teams and navigate high-stakes client conversations.

Analytical rigor: Comfortable with metrics, budgets, and performance reporting.
