You'll be the strategic lead on key accounts, uncovering audience truths, cultural trends, and data opportunities to inform bold creative work. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Lead research (qualitative + quantitative) to uncover audience and cultural insights
Develop brand strategies, creative briefs, and campaign frameworks
Craft measurement plans to track campaign effectiveness
Client & Team Collaboration
Present strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
Partner with creatives to ensure strategies inspire great work
Guide junior strategists and contribute to the team’s strategic toolkit
Business Growth
Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts
Support new business pitches with sharp insights and strategic thinking
Qualifications
4-6 years in agency strategy roles (or equivalent)
Portfolio of strategic work that drove creative and business results
Strong research skills (interviews, trends, data analysis)
Clear communicator—can simplify complex ideas
Collaborative mindset—enjoys working with creatives, accounts, and clients
