Social Media Manager

Our talent recruitment agency focuses on cultivating a diverse talent pipeline for our clients. We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups and agencies in Miami. For this particular role, our client is seeking a social media manager who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms for various agency clients. Will liaison with members of the communications team to develop social media campaigns that align with clients’ business strategies. Implement all social campaigns, curating images and video content as needed, to align with goals and marketing strategies. Responsible for monitoring clients’ social pages to respond to queries in a timely manner, moderate online conversations, and engage with followers or customers in the voice of each individual brand. 

Scope of Work


Responsibilities:
  • Creates, guides, delivers strategic social media planning, programming, and execution. 
  • Creates and maintain calendars
  • Curates engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Works inter-departmentally to help channel marketing efforts through social accounts
  • Provides organic data analysis and metric reporting for clients
  • Manages community conversations for social media accounts 
  • Adopts the voice of different clients to appropriately represent each brand with authenticity
  • Monitors and reports on feedback and online reviews
  • Participates in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinates with Advertising and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager
  • Prefer agency experience but not required
  • BA in Marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with people and displays good judgment
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to become an expert and evangelist for different products and services
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Graphic design and photo editing skills and experience with relevant software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Keen listening skills
  • Experience with social media management and optimization platforms, preferably Sprout Social
  • Fluency in Google Workspace platform
  • Languages: English and Spanish
