Recruitment & Media Specialist
L’Epic Miami is a woman-owned and self-funded talent search firm and content marketing boutique helping businesses recruit and retain high-impact talent.
The ideal candidate is creative and strategic and can easily adapt to the fast-moving environment, work within the digital landscape and take initiative to support the Founder on day-to-day needs while assisting in the development of recruitment and content creation. You will also document, organize data, and assist in content creation and execution. We will develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement, implement strategies for visibility, and increase revenue.
As a small but mighty agency, you will have more visibility into the business as a whole. You will be able to gain knowledge on identifying high-potential talent and prospecting ideal clients, creating and executing on business strategies, including content creation and community events.
Scope of Work
Location: Hybrid or Remote Options available
Full-time
Salary: $42K-$52K based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential talent for our clients, set up interviews and check references
- Properly document candidate interviews and data in our CRM
- Contribute to growth on email campaigns and social platforms
- Create monthly newsletter and weekly talent spotlight
- Engage on all platforms with candidates and clients - answer direct messages, comment on posts, repost content, and interact with accounts of interest.
- Create monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media channels, primarily LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Create and distribute content such as posts on the feed, stories on IG, reels for social media platforms, videos, and so on.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Post regularly for our current client portfolio utilizing personalized hashtag optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertisement, Marketing or Related Degrees
- 2+ years of proven experience with digital media, advertisement and/or recruitment
- Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently, understand the business process and work in a collaborative team environment
- Capacity to manage multiple projects with deadlines and ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and requests at once
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Hard-working, team-oriented and learns quickly, asks questions, wants to understand their responsibilities and the industry
- Knowledge with CRM platforms and Linkedin Recruiter
- Understanding of web design preferably with IONOS or Wordpress
- Understanding of Flodesk platform for email marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, FB and Twitter ads
- TikTok, Snap, and other social platform ad experience is a plus
