Product Marketing Manager
We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups, and agencies in South Florida. For this particular role, our client is seeking a marketing manager focused on customer strategy including the development and execution of the end-to-end customer journey, identifying, and creating revenue-generating opportunities, and integrating web and mobile application platforms into the experience.
Scope of Work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive strategy and execution, marketing approach, and asset development for all customer communications and initiatives.
- Build and lead the strategy, development, and implementation of customers' digital experience and further integrate digital platforms into the journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build, plan and execute all customer marketing strategies.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey including communications, promotions, tactical offers, benefits, experiences, etc.
- Develop customer segmentation and triggering strategies, allowing for increased reach and more effective and efficient cross' channel strategies.
- Identify, execute, and optimize new cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Conduct research, perform cross-channel tests, and utilize analytical tools to optimize the marketing performance of all customer communications and promotions.
- Define, solve, and report on key performance indicators for existing and new channels of communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
- 5+ years' proven experience in marketing and campaign execution, and a successful track record of contributing to business results in marketing, promotions, or campaign execution.
- Self-starter, with the ability to both define and execute campaigns and projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with an ability to lead a project from design to implementation. Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of direct marketing execution and tactics, including email, direct mail, website, and digital marketing.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication.
