Producer
We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups and agencies in Miami. For this particular role, our client is seeking an experienced producer to join their team full-time onsite.
Scope of Work
The producer is a talented and experienced content creator with a “get it done” attitude. She/he will be the central piece of all the marketing video team productions, connecting all the needed players including vendors, coordinating all pre-production, production and post-production steps, and being on set ensuring everything stays on track.
Responsibilities:
• Lead production efforts for all assigned projects
• Set pre production meetings
• Gather needs and cover for them, including hiring crew, renting equipment, scouting locations, getting permits and other tasks when assigned.
• Keep team well informed of all production details.
• Contact and coordinate talent when needed.
• Create and send call sheets
• Communicate with other media, events, apparel and marketing internal teams.
• Direct talent on set when needed.
• Review footage and supervise the editing process.
• Send videos for approvals and oversee deliveries.
• Send invoices and contracts from vendors for review and approval.
• Keep track of budget and communicate changes to video team leader
• Ensure all videos are within the brands look and feel parameters.
• Ensure product shots are consistent in each video and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience producing films, tv shows and/or advertising.
• 7 years of experience working with video editors and motion graphics designers.
• Fluent in English. Spanish a plus but not required.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
• Has a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
