Media Financial Analyst
We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups, and agencies in Miami. For this particular role, our agency client is seeking media financial analyst to perform detailed financial analysis of all media purchases.
Scope of Work
*Must be local to Miami or willing to relocate. No relocation is offered at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Match monthly media buys on Strata platform
- Collect, download and sort media vendor invoices
- Perform a detailed review and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare detailed monthly reconciliation and proof of performance reports for each media campaign for submission to clients
- Ensure accurate transfer of vendor payables to Quickbooks
Requirements:
- Quickbooks and Strata software
- Media reconciliation process;
- Advertising/Marketing agency past employment
