Digital Designer
We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups, and agencies in South Florida. For this particular role, our client is seeking a digital designer to work collaboratively and independently to create inspiring content across all social and digital channels. Focus on design solutions, show command of visual principals, have masterful typographic skills, and possess high attention to detail. You should be able to collaborate and learn from team members, exude positivity, and be solutions-driven.

Scope of Work
Responsibilities:
- Utilize exceptional design skills and knowledge of new trends to create original designs and content for all agency clients.
- Ability to think and design with digital-first in mind and present creative work to creative director, account teams and clients.
- Understand design implications across mobile, desktop tablets, etc. to translate complex technical and business concepts into easy-to-understand communication pieces.
- Incorporate consumer insights through powerful design across all that creates emotional connectivity and relevance. Leverage excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with team members from outside of the marketing department.
- Demonstrate an initiative toward extending knowledge and utilize that initiative to create new and innovative work products about technology/media, design applications, and social media trends.
- Staying current on the brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Design, Branding, Marketing
- 5-7 years minimum experience in visual designing. Proven work experience as a team member at an ad agency or In-house ad team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft Office products, and Acrobat
- Experience crafting design assets for social media platforms.
- A portfolio of completed design projects, social media execution and integrated campaigns.
