Digital Content Design Lead

For this particular role, our client is seeking a digital content design lead, to conceptualize and create digital content that converts on Amazon, DTC sites, and social media. Your work creates and elevates brands, from brand development and package design to Amazon listings and social content. Designing for selling online takes both left and right brain thinking to combine compelling design with a strategy that converts. We're looking for good people that are self-motivated problem solvers and take full ownership of projects.
Scope of Work
Responsibilities:
- Create content specifically to convert and drive revenue through Amazon, social media, and other ecommerce channels
- Create data-driven content with a focus on sales and growth
- Develop 360-degree brands for ecommerce, from logos and brand guidelines to packaging and Amazon listings
- Develop comprehensive and insightful creative briefs
- Lead a creative team that includes design, copywriting, photography, and videography from creative concepts to final delivery of Amazon-focused content
- Contribute to the development of processes in a fast-moving environment
- Develop photography and video shot lists
- Stay up to date with design and ecommerce trends to execute sharp creative for multiple product categories and products
- Develop and review copy for consistency with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to deliver great work that meets project requirements and timelines
- Photo retouching and compositing
- Assist with art direction, copywriting, or other creative support as necessary
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude that contributes to the overall health of the Story Team
Education & Knowledge:
- 7+ years experience in creative marketing, digital ad design, or ecommerce
- Experience with Amazon listing development, D2C, or digital marketing agency is preferred
- Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and website, email, and digital ads
- Ability to create static and dynamic GIF ads
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to design for many different brand identities
- Experience building ads geared towards ecommerce and direct response
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
