Copywriter

Scope of Work
The goal and expectation of this role are to deliver the best work possible to satisfy the creative brief, effectively communicating the brand and product messaging.
Location: Miami, Florida and On-site.
Salary: $75K-$90K
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be tasked with writing B2B and B2C copy, developing innovative concepts across a variety of media including print, digital and video.
- Serve as a leading copywriter on all projects and collaborate with design colleagues to create and develop highi-impact copy and concepts for products and marketing
- Pledge a commitment to teamwork through collaboration and relationship building with other creative and marketing team members
- Gather with colleagues and business owners to gather information and offer input into new projects
- Acts as a brand steward and supports the company's brand positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
- 5 years of professional copywriting experience in a advertising agency environment
- Demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative concepting and writing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
- Thorough understanding of digital culture and social media.
- Proficient on a Mac with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced in-house agency environment.
- Ability to present and explain the creative strategy behind copywriting concepts and sell high caliber creative work to business owners.
