Our client, a leading agency, is seeking an Brand Stratgist to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to develop and execute innovative strategies that resonate with consumers and drive campaign success.


Scope of Work


Location: Miami
Hybrid: (2 days) remote
Competitive base salary + benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to enhance the agency's strategic capabilities and elevate its strategic profile.
  • Develop brand strategies and craft creative briefs that inspire the agency's creative work.
  • Lead the development and presentation of creative work, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct research projects to address client business challenges and gain insights into target audiences.
  • Partner with account leads to provide bold and innovative solutions to senior clients.
  • Analyze category, brand, cultural, and consumer trends to identify business opportunities for clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and account teams to deliver groundbreaking strategies and output.
  • Translate strategic insights into compelling briefs and roadmaps for clients.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by championing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the team and agency.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in planning/brand strategy.
  • Strong managerial experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing day-to-day account work and successful pitches.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and contribution of best practices to the department.
  • Comfortable with high-level client exposure, including leading conversations and interviewing C-Suite executives.
  • Strong stage presence and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with an understanding of Co-Op Marketing and Co-Branding preferred.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and marketing budgets.
  • Capable of balancing long-term branding initiatives with short-term sales goals.
  • Ability to comprehend complex solutions and communicate their benefits to B2B buyers effectively.
