Account Manager

We recruit high-impact candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups, and agencies in South Florida. For this particular role, our agency client is seeking a  Account Manager to join their team. As an account manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee 5-7 accounts, ensuring the highest level of service and successful delivery of our full range of marketing and advertising services.

Responsibilities: 
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing their expectations effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional agency services where appropriate.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, preferably in a full-service agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and digital platforms.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
