For this particular role, our client is seeking a senior producer to lead  and be responsible for managing and leading multiple productions at a given time to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, while meeting client expectations.

Scope of Work

Location: Miami Hybrid 2 days onsite 
Competitive base salary + benefits 

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the production calendar, ensuring that all shoots remain on time and within budget. 
  • Facilitate the creative development process and drive the production process. 
  • Partner with client and vendors to devise the production strategy and approach, assessing and allocating the working budgets.
  • Monitor and manage all production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all the details, as well as managing the brand look and feel. 
  • Ensure budgets are aligned to the production strategy, and changes are agreed and shared with all key parties, leading the discussion to resolve any challenges or conflicts. 
  • Responsible for budgeting, scheduling and planning activities to ensure the smooth running of shoots and videos across all platforms. 
  • Liaise directly with client procurement and establish a solid working relationship. 
  • Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules. 
  • Conduct and attend meetings with stakeholders and marketing teams to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained. 
  • Obtain and distribute products and equipment needed to complete productions.
  • Work closely with Business Affairs team to negotiate contracts and negotiate with all parties who will handling and involved in productions. 
  • Where necessary, give creative help and guidance from a production standpoint and mentor junior producers. 
  • Create estimates, handle final billing, research vendor, director, editor, and artist reels. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital, video and animation and share with team members.
