They have been recognized as an Adweek US Small Agency of the Year finalist and have won over 20 awards, including a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, and more.

Scope of Work

Location:  New York
Hybrid: 3 Days onsite

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director Duo Team (or seasoned ACDs) to join our team. The ideal candidates need to have a strong background in creative advertising and a passion for producing innovative and impactful work. While we prefer a team that is already established and has experience working together, we are open to pairing up individual creatives who are looking to collaborate.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creative advertising
  • Strong chemistry and experience working together (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other creatives and vendors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and direct others
  • Hands-on approach to creative work when needed
  • Experience in brand positioning, film, non-traditional advertising, gaming, sports, and/or entertainment
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in client-facing situations
  • North American (ideally American) candidates preferred, but open to native English speakers with green card/visa holders
  • Art Director of the team must have a good level of craft and design expertise
