For this particular role, our agency client is seeking a  Account Supervisor(s) to join their team. As an account team lead and day-to-day primary contact for our clients, you are a natural communicator, an expert marketer and someone that our clients rely on and seek out for informed counsel. As an Account Supervisor, you will supervise all activities related to the client, from receiving and aligning the briefing, estimating costs and delivering projects, ensuring that all demands and requests are delivered on time and with quality.

Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs, working with production, strategy and creative teams. 
  • Be the organizational center of projects – manage projects, problem solve, and lead flawless execution even when the path to executing deliverables is ambiguous and you are receiving input and direction from multiple stakeholders. 
  • Track project budgets and scopes, assessing estimates to actuals. 
  • Develops in-depth business reporting and comprehensive competitive advertising/marketing analysis. 
  • Build the client’s business through recommending, fostering, creating, and delivering effective advertising. Collaborates with other depts. (strategy, production, creative, etc) to create marketing communications plans. 
  • Advocate for the business internally, and keeps the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of junior staff. 
  • Involve all leaders related to the project, conducting meetings, kick off and check points, ensuring the smooth running of projects as requested by customers.
Requirements: 
  • 5-8 years of industry experience including experience managing team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience writing proposals and SOWs to define the project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring
  • Willingness to take on complex challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural and effective collaborator, positive attitude, and sound work ethic
  • Calm and focused under pressure
