We recruit high-potential candidates to work with some of the best companies, start-ups, and agencies in South Florida. For this particular role, our client is seeking an account director/s  to foster and lead brand building campaigns and deliver on clients’ goals, objectives and overall strategic direction. This individual will be an organized and accountable account leader, who is able to build relationships, collaborate and draw on the expertise of agency capabilities.
 


Scope of Work


Location: Hybrid: 2 days onsite

Account Directors serve as team leaders, advisors and partners to the internal team and client. You have a keen ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects across the agency, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a natural curiosity and are motivated by driving excellent results. You provide leadership in the development of strategic plans that will grow client business and generate revenue. You supervise, train, and motivate account team members to ensure a pervasive high level of performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for impactful partnership and development of long-term account success and growth. 
  • Transform knowledge of client business objectives, internal and competitive opportunities, and customer insights into actionable marketing communications strategies. 
  • Maintains leading edge of knowledge of clients’ business and industry. 
  • Recognizes and seizes opportunities to contribute to agency new business. Manages client objectives, expectations and timelines, and communicates effectively to the internal team. 
  • Able to effectively present work that delivers business success for clients and ensures feasibility of delivery and implementation.
  • Understands scoping of work, mapping of resource requirements and budgets. 
  • Achieves mastery of delivering and implementing modern marketing capabilities that build client satisfaction which opens up new growth opportunities for the agency
Requirements: 
  • 8+ years of agency experience including 3-5 experience managing a team 
  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Understanding of the complex advertising landscape and how to bring together cohesive teams and programs to drive results 
  • Commitment to ensuring creative excellent and output 
  • Passionate about great work, your team and our business 
  • A good listener – someone who reads people and a room (and adapts their style accordingly) 
  • Diplomatic and empathetic leader 
  • Natural and effective collaborator, insatiably curious, a lifelong learner
